Shipping policy

Buba N Co offers worldwide shipping and fulfills parcels from our Brisbane based warehouse 

In stock handmade items have an approximate processing time of 2-3 business days. Please take into consideration during peak times, sales or public holiday periods with the exception of Custom Orders.

For custom orders a shipping time will be provided to you at the time of placing your custom order with these time frames varying especially during peak times.

SHIPPING RATES:
We have flat rate shipping of $10.50 Australia wide and
$13.00 express shipping Australia Wide   (Please note, express post does not change or alter our time frames in any way our Processing times still apply

Local pick up is only available 4300 area with pick up times to be organised via email 

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL:
Our Customer Care team will ensure your tracking details are shipped and issue tracking details. Once you have received an email with your tracking number, you can use the 'Track My Order' feature on our website just by entering your email and order number.
